Equality - when everyone is treated the same

Advocated - a person or publicly supports a cause
Segregation - the action or state of setting someone or something apart from other people or things or being set apart
Plantation - an estate on which crops such as coffee, sugar, and tobacco are cultivated by resident labor
Tuition - a sum of money charged for teaching or instruction by a school, college, or university
Dignity - the state or quality of being worthy of honor or respect
Reluctant - unwilling and hesitant
Subsided- become less intense, violent, or severe
Critical - very serious; bad
Boycott - not participating in something to get a result
Protesters - people disagreeing with something and want it to change
